The calculator will compute a loan's monthly (or chosen) payment amount
based on the principal amount borrowed, the length of the loan, the
frequency of payments and the annual interest rate. Then, once you
have computed the payment, click on the "Results" button
to create a report you can print out.
Directions:
1. Enter relevant financial data, completing all fields.
2. Change the dates to reflect your circumstances.
3. Once the required fields are complete, your mortgage payment
will be described on line 6.
4. View a report by clicking on the 'Results' button at the page
bottom.
5. If desired, clear fields to enter new investment data.
Featured options:
1. Select loan start date - Year to Date: Calendar or End of Term.
2. Select rates from survey or use custom.
3. Payment frequency: 9 options, including: Interest Only (calculated
monthly) and Accelerated Bi-weekly or weekly.
4. Display or Print: Full or partial schedule. Shows Year over Year
principal and interest to zero balance.
